We first met working for London’s top caterers, By Word of Mouth, Rhubarb, Blue Strawberry, in the 90’s.
Having both left London to start families we reconnected 15yrs later in a muddy field at a pony club Easter Egg Hunt! We were both looking for a new venture so when the opportunity to purchase a moth balled catering trailer became available we jumped at the chance.
After a full refurbishment, including installation of a new griddle, hot water, electrics and a very shiny coffee machine we opened in 2022.
Our ethos is to provide good quality fast food using only local suppliers. From minute steaks in freshly baked baguettes to homemade pesto, tomato and mozzarella paninis.
Our bread comes from Otis & Belle in Stow, Pastries from the Artisan Baker in Cheltenham, meat from Taylor’s of Minchinhampton, Beech Farm in Painswick and Todenham Manor Farm in Toddington. Eggs from Cacklebean in Stow, soft drinks from Benson’s in Cheltenham and coffee from Ethical Edictions also from Cheltenham.
Emma makes the most amazing cakes so there will always be a slice of Lemon drizzle or rich chocolate brownies on offer.
